SHIPPING AND HANDLING
HOLIDAY SHIPPING
To ensure on-time holiday shipping, orders must be placed by December 10th to be received by December 24th. Once an order is with the carrier, we cannot be responsible for transit times or delays. Our warehouse will be closed December 20th - January 1st. Orders placed after December 19th will not be processed until January 2nd, 2025.
STANDARD SHIPPING
We are working diligently to get every order out the door as fast as possible. Orders ship out of our warehouse 3 - 5 business days from date placed. We utilize FedEx Ground shipping services; once your order is with the carrier expect a total of 7 - 10 days from order placement. Allow for additional processing and transit time during sitewide promotions and holidays.

A residential or business address is required for delivery. All orders ship from our distribution center in Memphis, Tennessee via FedEx Ground Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays.
If you have purchased more than one item, your shipment may be split into multiple boxes. Please double check your tracking information for details.
We do not currently ship to customers in Canada or P.O. Boxes. If you enter a P.O. Box address at checkout, we will have to cancel your order.
FREE U.S. SHIPPING ON $100+
Offer applies to standard ground shipping in the U.S. lower 48 states and is available online only at www.www.theillumecandles.com. Product subtotal must be $100. Shipping discount will be automatically applied to your qualifying order. Not valid on previous purchases.
WEATHER RELATED SHIPPING DELAYS
Due to the nature of our products we try to limit the time spent in warehouses, and reserve the right to delay shipping without notice during warm weather months. To avoid potential melting and ensure you receive flawless products, orders received on Wednesday through Friday will ship the following Monday.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this time, we do not ship outside of the United States of America.
AMAZON AND THIRD-PARTY SELLERS
For items purchased from Amazon and third party stores, please contact the store where the purchase was made to review their refund policy.
RETURNS
All of our products are thoroughly inspected before they are shipped to ensure you receive the best possible product. Please inspect your order carefully.
We will replace broken items when possible or offer a replacement on items damaged during shipping.- Returns must be made within 10 days of shipment
- Please allow 10–14 business days upon receipt to process the transaction
- All sales are final on Limited Edition, sale items and discontinued products
